Lutana Village Community Hall Inc

4.1   The basic object of the Association is to restore and enable the use of the Lutana Village Hall as a community space and to manage this ongoing access to provide programs and activities that improve people’s quality of life.

4.2   Encourage community access and involvement in the garden around the Hall.

4.3   Provide a guardianship role for the collection and maintenance for display of the historical records of the Lutana Village Hall.

4.4   In addition to the basic object of the Association, the objects and purposes of the Association include doing any lawful thing incidental or conducive to the attainment of the basic object as the Board may decide from time to time.

4.5   A goal of the Association is to own Lutana Village Hall to better facilitate rule 4.1.

The Association is currently in Phase 1.
